The product
How does an acupressure mat work?
Hundreds of small lotus-shaped points spread your body weight across many light pressure spots. The gentle stimulation encourages circulation and prompts the body to relax — most people feel a warm, calming release within a few minutes.
What is the Lotus Mat made of?
A cover of OEKO-TEX certified organic linen over a recycled plant-foam core, with 230 non-toxic ABS lotus points. It rolls into an attached linen strap for storage and travel.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The linen cover is unbleached and certified free of harmful substances. If you have very sensitive skin, start over a thin cotton shirt for the first few sessions.
Using it
How long and how often should I use it?
Start with 10–15 minutes a day. Many make it part of their evening wind-down. There's no wrong time — use it whenever you need to set the day down.
Does it hurt?
The first minute or two can feel prickly and warm, then settles into a pleasant, relaxing sensation. Beginners can lie on a thin shirt at first, then move to bare skin as they get used to it.
Can I use it lying on my stomach or under my feet?
Absolutely. Back and neck are most popular, but the mat works underfoot while you sit, or under the stomach for lower-back relief. Move slowly onto and off the points either way.
Who should not use it?
If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, skin conditions, or circulatory issues, please check with your doctor first. It isn't intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days; you'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $60. Below that, a flat carbon-neutral rate is calculated at checkout. Every shipment is offset and sent in plastic-free packaging.

What is your returns policy?
Try it for 30 nights. If it isn't for you, start a return from your order email for a full refund — no need to explain, no restocking fee.
How do I clean the mat?
Unzip the linen cover and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Wipe the foam core with a damp cloth. Avoid tumble drying to keep the linen soft.
Is there a warranty?
Every mat carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something fails in normal use, we'll replace it.
